Why 72 hours?
Every guide is written for its model and checked before it's released. We make the same promise to everyone, whatever the model. If we miss it, you get a full refund and the guide anyway.
How long is it valid?
Repair costs and values change over time, so every guide shows the date its prices were set. Updates are included for 12 months after you buy. After that, you can refresh the guide for £3.
Buying a different model too?
Every guide comes with a personal code for 50% off a guide to a different model, valid for 6 months. You'll find it in your confirmation email and in the app.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. Tell us which country you're buying in. Costs and values are researched for that market.
What about electric cars?
Not yet. Guides cover petrol and diesel cars only.
Is this an inspection?
